What’s the best way to find and use a user manual or service manual for your KitchenAid appliance?

I recently inherited my grandma’s old KitchenAid stand mixer, and honestly, I have no clue how to use half of the attachments that came with it. I tried searching YouTube, but most of the videos are for newer models and don’t quite match. I’m wondering if there’s a reliable place to get the right manual for an older appliance without digging through random sketchy sites. Anyone else been in this situation and found a good workaround?
